Dosage: 2 Tablets a Day

Healthilife Sea Kelp is the best iodine supplement as it has a rich amount of iodine that ultimately helps in improving iodine deficiency.

Iodine deficiency can lead to a number of disorders such as an enlargement of the thyroid gland, therefore iodine levels must be maintained.

Sea kelp – supplement for iodine deficiency provides enough iodine to the thyroid gland, a gland that is present in our neck and performs some important functions of the body.

Most importantly it is involved in burning calories. Therefore low levels of iodine can lead to hypothyroidism and weight gain.

Iodine is essential for the production of thyroid hormones T3 (Triiodothyronine) and T4 (thyroxine). These hormones are produced by the thyroid gland to perform various body functions.

Sea kelp provides iodine that is required for the process of metabolism (a process by which the nutrients are converted into energy).

Sea kelp is a natural iodine supplement that helps in the proper functioning of the brain.

Insufficient iodine can cause goiter (enlargement of the thyroid gland). This can further lead to frequent coughs and difficulty in swallowing/breathing. Sea kelp is also used as a supplement for an enlarged thyroid.

C kelp tablets are helpful for motor and intellectual disabilities.

Iodine helps in the production of thyroid hormones and these hormones help to promote heart health.

Thyroid hormones also work on muscles and nerves to keep them strong.

Iodine deficiency leading to hypothyroidism can result in thin and brittle hair causing a lot of hair fall and baldness.

Iodine deficiency also leads to dryness of the skin.
